This notice is provided by NestEasy, LLC (“NestEasy,” “we,” or “us”) in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These laws give California residents the right to know, access, delete, correct, and limit the use of their personal information, as well as the right to opt out of certain data sharing activities.
NestEasy does not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. California residents have the right to direct NestEasy not to share or sell their personal information. Once you opt out, we will stop sharing your information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or marketing purposes.

To protect your privacy and maintain data security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will confirm your request using information already associated with your account or through reasonable verification methods. If you submit your request through an authorized agent, we may require written authorization from you before acting on the agent’s request.
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and aim to fulfill verified requests within 45 days. If additional time is required, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay.
NestEasy will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you made a privacy-related request.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide proof of their authority and we may require direct confirmation from you before processing the request.
